Career Highlights

Larry Schwenker has more than 25 years experience in the field of property management. Prior to forming Corvidea in 2006, he served as Director of Operations for Advantis Real Estate Services. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the management services division, Larry developed and implemented the Advantis Align Strategic Management System; a property management services platform that combines flexibility, integrated performance metrics and a continuous improvement framework that enables rapid deployment of cutting-edge technologies and resources. From this platform, Larry coordinated the successful implementation of numerous technological initiatives including Advantis Align Academy (online learning), Align Customer Service (online service requests), Align Anytime Surveys (online surveys), Align Meeting Center (virtual meetings) Align Document Manager (document storage and workflow management) and Align Resource Center (employee intranet site).

In 2006, Larry formed Corvidea with the goal of helping property management companies more effectively optimize their resources. Today, by employing a combination of consulting experience, leading-edge technology and leveraging clients’ existing assets, Larry is achieving his vision to help property management organizations increase efficiency, reduce expenditures and strengthen customer relationships.
